Breakfast on the terrace was good with Sicilian pastries.

The bathrooms, located in a shared corridor, lacked privacy and required carrying keys back-and-forth at inconvenient hours. Noise levels were another disappointment, as I could hear every movement in the hallway, disrupting our sleep.

Great hotel with unbeatable location close to bus stops. Location just next door to a tasty pizzeria, metro stop and bus to the center of Palermo and the main attractions and the sea. For tea or coffee visit Caffetteria Ariosto nearby.

Not what I expect in a supposedly high-rated b&, and having to carry keys to the shared bathrooms was a disaster, not to mention the noisy hallway. If only I had received a complimentary drink or appology, I might have almost given a good review but just couldn't.

The rooms were big, clean, and very nice! Cosimo and Laura are wonderful hosts who serve an amazing breakfast on a beautiful terrace. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Our stay was fantastic!

Friendly hosts and homemade breakfast

We enjoyed our stay with family and a few colleagues. The hosts were warm and offered good local dishes for breakfast, giving us a taste of the authentic Sicilian vibe. The terrace was perfect.

My wife says that it would be great if the bathroom was en-suite for families with children.

I had an really good 7-night stay! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the terrace was good, so many tasty pastries! On the downside, the breakfast was a bit too sweet overall, but the experience was lovely. I'd definitely return!

I stayed in the Beautiful Room for 4 nights, and it was super cozy! The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice with great water pressure. The balcony added a nice touch too. Everything was clean, but the room felt a bit small for my taste. Plus, it's not too close to the city center, so you'll need to rely on public transport. Though, I really enjoyed my stay!

The room I stayed in had beautiful high ceilings and a modern bathroom. The owners were friendly, providing helpful local tips. Breakfast served on the terrace was a highlight, with a fine city view, made my mornings bright.

The terrace offered a lovely setting for breakfast and relaxation, while the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Laura and Cosimo were cute hosts.
